What product warranty do you offer?

The warranty and warranty periods associated with items sold on our website are offered by and honoured by the manufacturer of the item. Unless stated, the warranty offered covers against manufacturing defects found to have occurred when the item is used in an applicable domestic or commercial applications. In addition to this, the following should be considered:

• Serviceable parts are not covered by the warranty unless specifically stated by the manufacturer.
• The warranty must be registered with the manufacturer (if required).
• Neglect or abuse of items will void any warranty.
• The item must be installed in accordance with the instructions supplied by the manufacturer.
• The item must not have been modified or used for anything other than its intended purpose.
• The item should be installed by a capable person, preferably with previous installation experience.
