• Tell us where you found it.
• Let our UPS Buyer team do their thing.

That’s everything! We will confirm the price of the product, so make sure you’ve got a link to it to hand. It shouldn't take us long and you’ll save some money. Everyone's a winner!

The Important Stuff

There's no complex lingo here, just simple information you need to know.

• We only price match against the total cost of our competitor’s product and delivery, so keep this in mind prior to contacting us.
• We only price match against websites from retailers based in UK Mainland, selling UK products. We do not price match against online marketplaces.
• The product on has to be exactly the same as the one on our website and in the same condition.
• The product must be in stock to order and pay for that same day.
• We do not price match business or trade sites.
• The price must be genuine, not an error and be exclusive of any special or promotional offers.
• You will not be able to use any other promotion in conjunction with our Price Match Promise.
