The NPL battery family is an improved NP design with a longer service life (7 - 10yrs). All other qualities and operating characteristics are the same, allowing users of both products to benefit from a shared mechanical and electrical architecture. This range is suited to applications such as security and fire, emergency lighting, telecoms and UPS.
The sealed structure and innovative electrolyte suspension system of this battery allow operation in any orientation without performance loss or electrolyte leakage (excluding continuous use inverted). The battery is virtually maintenance-free due to its fully sealed structure and internal gas recombination.
