Warranty Information

The manufacturer warranty accompanying a product is offered and honoured by the product's manufacturer. The warranty offered will cover against any manufacturing defects found on the product when it is used in the applicable domestic or commercial application.

Serviceable parts such as batteries may not be part of a product's warranty or have a limited warranty period. In addition, neglect or abuse of products will make any warranty period null and void. In the event of a fault developing please contact us and we will then advise what the procedures are.

Manufacturers will ask for the following to have been adhered to:

• - The product was installed as per the manufacturer's instructions
• - There are to be no modifications or misuse, neglect or mistreatment

You will also require proof of purchase.

You may need to fill in a form within a limited period of time in order to register your warranty.
