The APC Power-Saving Back-UPS Pro 1500VA 230V Line Interactive UPS provides business-class power protection for office, network and electronic equipment. In addition, the APC Back-UPS is an excellent cost-effective solution for battery backup and surge protection.
The APC Back-UPS Pro family is designed to protect connected equipment and networks against mains failures, brownouts and surges. The robust UPS battery backup provides continuous power for almost four and a half minutes at 800 Watts. This protects sensitive equipment and data and allows for the graceful shutdown of four connected devices. In addition, surge protection is available for six devices.
The APC Back-UPS has a USB port to protect equipment while charging. Also, RJ11 and RJ45 connections protect networks and phone lines. PowerChute Personal Edition software is included. To ensure that devices have constant protection, the LCD status display provides key metrics at a glance. Also, automatic battery self-test ensures early detection of faults or maintenance issues. Audible alarms notify users of critical UPS power conditions as an additional safety feature. The manufacturer offers a two-year “repair or replace” warranty and equipment protection policy (lifetime) of £75,000. This allows users to purchase the UPS solution with the greatest peace of mind.
