The APC Back-UPS Pro 1200VA Line Interactive UPS provides high-performance power backup and surge protection for computers, networking equipment, and other sensitive electronic equipment. This business-class unit is the industry standard premium power protection.
This UPS ensures the protection of connected equipment and networks against power outages, brownouts and surges. The robust UPS battery backup provides power 24/7 for over 4 minutes at 700 Watts. The UPS features six battery-protected IEC connections and two surge-only outlets. In addition, the APC Back-UPS has a USB port for additional protection of mobile devices. The USB connection port also gives users power management features through the bundled PowerChute software. Also, RJ45 connections protect networks from damaging power surges.
The LCD status clearly displays key power metrics to ensure that devices have constant protection. As an additional safety feature, audible alarms notify users regarding critical UPS power conditions. Also, automatic battery self-test ensures early detection of faults or maintenance issues. The manufacturer provides a comprehensive “repair and replace” two-year warranty. However, for added peace of mind, the equipment protection policy offers lifetime coverage of up to £75,000.
